Born in Athens in 1956. Studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens, Film and Television Direction, also in Athens, and has followed post-graduate studies on Environmental Planning of Cities and Designing of Buildings. She has published many books on Traditional Architecture in Greece. She also worked as an architect, as an art director for films and as a professor in the Athens Polytechnic Schools, as well as in private schools.
As a director and screenwriter for cinema and television she has made short fiction films, as well as lots of documentary series and separate documentary films, long and short. She occasionally writes for commix and animation. Since 1995 she is the managing director of the company Kinicon Ltd in Athens, which is active in the audiovisual, publishing and multimedia eras.
Particularly fond of all kinds of films and knowledgeable about modern technology and computers, she remains all her life a great fan of commix, of animation and of science fiction.
