Born in Paris in June 1979, Julien Lilti has lived and worked in France and in Burkina Faso as searcher in sociology and rural development worker. After a master degree in documentary cinema in 2003, he worked as TV reporter for the Canal + news desk. He left journalism in 2006 to enter the CEEA in Paris (French Conservatoire for Filmwriting). Since then, he wrote for short and feature films as well as animation TV shows.
