After graduating in English from the Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences – Budapest and in Cultural Mediation and Cinema and Audiovisual from La Sorbonne – Paris, Orsolya was the author of several essays on film directing and scriptwriting as well as of various film-related articles and reviews. In the following years she worked for The Coproduction Office in Paris, the Titanic International Film Festival and the BUSHO Budapest Short International Film Festival. After these experiences she joined the MEDIA Desk Hungary and she collaborated with the production company Merkelfilm in Budapest, as script consultant and distribution and production assistant. Since 2008 she decided to dedicate increasing professional efforts to her script consultant activity, and she freelanced working on various projects with Czech director and screenwriter Marek Dobes and Hungarian director Csaba Bollok.
