After studying Oriental History and Languages in Bologna, he turned his interest to film and eventually became free lance editor. In 2004 he started editing TV programs for the Italian public broadcaster RAI. In 2005 he took part in the start up of Bavaria Media Italia, Rome based subsidiary company of Bavaria Film and distribution agent of Bavaria Media TV. So far his job has been to enhance distribution sales, offer German formats on the Italian TV market, evaluate the potential of co-production scripts, find public financing for projects and supervise script development.
